How to Use an AI Agent to Find and Fill Gaps in Your Strategy

Get answers about your project, fill gaps and add data with an AI assistant that knows your workspace.

  1. Press Agent in the top bar to open the side panel on any page.
  2. Check What is missing, for example goals with no owner, initiatives with no timeline or no budget.
  3. Press Fill next to a gap to let the agent prepare the missing data.
  4. Ask a question or pick a suggestion, such as What should I focus on this quarter?
  5. Review what the agent prepares; nothing is saved until you approve it.

Step by step: Pick Your AI Provider

Choose which AI answers in the Agent panel: Aitraxus AI, or your own Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude key.

  1. Open Settings and select the AI tab.
  2. Choose a provider, for example Anthropic Claude.
  3. Enter the model name you want to use.
  4. Paste your API key and press Save; it is checked with one small test request.
  5. The badge shows the provider in use and the last four characters of the key. Press Remove key to go back to Aitraxus AI.

Tip: Your key is stored encrypted on our server and is never shown again.
