Set Up Your Strategy Workspace: Modules, AI Provider and Support
Choose which modules your team sees, pick the AI that answers in the Agent panel and learn how to report a problem in seconds.
A focused workspace gets used. Before inviting the team, take five minutes to switch on only the modules you need and choose your AI provider.
Why it matters
Fewer menu items means faster adoption. Choosing the AI provider up front keeps your data handling in line with company policy, and a one click bug report means problems get fixed instead of worked around.
Step by step: Choose the Active Modules
Show only the sections your team needs, so the sidebar and dashboard stay focused.

- Open Settings and select the Modules tab.
- Tick or untick Financial Management, Strategy Development, Strategy Implementation, Task Management and Meetings.
- Use Select All Modules to switch everything on at once.
- Changes apply to the whole project, so everyone working on it sees the same sections.
Tip: Start small, for example Strategy Development only, and switch on more modules as the team gets going.
Try it free in your own workspace or open the ACME demo project after signing up to see a filled out example.
Step by step: Pick Your AI Provider
Choose which AI answers in the Agent panel: Aitraxus AI, or your own Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude key.

- Open Settings and select the AI tab.
- Choose a provider, for example Anthropic Claude.
- Enter the model name you want to use.
- Paste your API key and press Save; it is checked with one small test request.
- The badge shows the provider in use and the last four characters of the key. Press Remove key to go back to Aitraxus AI.
Tip: Your key is stored encrypted on our server and is never shown again.

Step by step: Report a Bug
Tell the Aitraxus team quickly when something does not work as expected.

- Press the bug button in the lower right corner of any page.
- Write a short summary under What happened.
- Describe what you expected and what happened instead.
- Optionally add the steps to reproduce the problem.
- Press Send report; your page, project, language and browser details are attached automatically.
Tip: You can drag the bug button to another spot on the screen if it covers something.

Bottom line
Start small, switch on more modules as the team grows, and report anything that feels wrong. Your workspace will grow with your strategy.
